Raja Yasa
A Feast Fit for a King
In Balinese tradition, Yasa is a sacred offering presented by a high priest at the close of a ritual procession. It is the moment his people gather to share a feast together. Raja, meaning king, gives this set menu its name: a feast prepared and served as if for royalty.
Raja Yasa brings together the boldest flavors of the sea: grilled lobster, mahi-mahi, prawn, and squid, alongside chicken, beef, and lamb, each dish crafted from carefully selected ingredients and finished with Balinese herbs. Served with vegetables and a duet of yellow and white rice, it's our richest, most abundant set menu, made for two to share.
